HOW TO APPLY - Apply a layer of light-colored primer over the entire eyelid. Apply a layer of medium-toned shadow to the eye lid to create the outline. Carve the outer corners with a deeper shadow to increase the depth. For a more dramatic effect, apply a soft light color to the inner corner of the eye or the center of the eyelid. It is recommended to use an eyeshadow brush for a better effect.
