• [Compatibility}: The Solid Mount is designed for wood studs and most fiberglass showers. For contoured wall showers, install the grab bar vertically and apply extra caulking around the fiberglass and Solid Mount for a water-tight seal. It fits most grab bars (sold separately) with 2 1/2' or 3' round flanges from brands like Amazon Basics, American Standard, Moen, and Kohler. A visible 1/4' white ring will appear with the 2 1/2' flange. Not compatible with tile, marble, drywall, or any type of metal studs.
• [Design Concept]: The Solid Mount attaches to wood studs using adjustable spacers and a 5/16' x 4' (approx.) lag bolt through a 2' hole. Once installed, your grab bar (not included) is securely mounted for a water-tight fit.
