To apply, shake the eyeliner well before use. Hold the applicator close to the root of the lashes and draw a thin line as close to the lash line as possible. For a thicker line, go over the initial line. Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before blinking or opening your eyes. To remove, use a makeup remover or gentle soap and water.
