LEKI Nordic Walking Amero Carbon Series White/Black 115cm is a fixed length pole which allows you to just grab it and go. The shaft is carbon which makes it very light, yet sturdy to avoid any unnecessary vibration. The grip is a “Trigger 1” is attached using a special span-in fastener in the pole. The grip is partially made of cork material to prevent sweaty hands in the summer and to keep your hands warm in the winter.
